My wife and I have known Earle and Stan Whitmore since December of 2000. They have been our Real Estate Agents and life coaches since we have known them. We have purchased 2 homes and sold 2 homes with them. Earle and Stan are well established agents that do not need clients, they want clients. In March 2010, my husband and my Fairfax County, single family home went up for sale in one of the most challenging real estate markets in American history, within 48 hours received interest from several, strong prospective buyers , and went under contract in a matter of weeks for full asking price with the buyer offering to pay all closing costs!

Rather than just showing me houses to buy, Earle instead took a different approach with me.  She took the time to educate me on the Washington DC housing market.  She patiently showed me houses that could work, and houses that she knew wouldn't work. By taking this approach, she could quickly gauge what would be the right house for my family.  This approach was very time consuming for Earle.  But, in the end, it turned out to be the most effective way.  We love our new home and couldn't have done it without Earle.

Two months ago we decided to list our home with Earle and we haven't regretted it! In this uncertain market, we felt we were "testing the waters" by listing, but with Earle's expert help our townhouse sold in just a few days with 3 solid offers!
